On March 2, 2024, a group of 4 members of Bower Hill Community Church hiked the trails in Riverview Park. We parked by the Allegheny Observatory. The weather started out as a very light rain which stopped after 15 minutes. The group started hiking on old Kilbuck trail following other trails along the ridge. Next, we descended into the valley and back up following trails around Snyder’s Point. Finally, we used Violet Lane trail and others to bring us back to the observatory.
